Reduction in Platelet count

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Does taking azithromycine-500 tablet reduce platelet count? I have taken tablet for 3 days 1 no. Before starting the tablet my platelet count was 227000 now after taking tablet for 3 days it's 210000. Is the reduction in platelet is because of the medication?

Both are normal values.... this minor change is expected at two different times of testing... nothing to worry.
