My case is different from other men.I have this problem for 5 years and I am searching a solid solution for it till I found no working solution to reduce the occurrence of night fall. I have discussed with several doctors so far whom all say night fall is normal but it is actually not normal for me as when night fall occurs the whole semen content stored in my body gets ejaculated and I am not able to do anything about it. Sperm is the most vital liquid of body, the more u loose it, the more u loose ur vitality or " OJAS" as per ayurveda.
Excessive nightfall leads to whole body weakness, lethargy, week memory power, hairfall, dark circles, reduce facial lusture, low sperm quality, low sexual stamina, weak digestion etc.
I strongly recommend you for ayurveda rasayan treatment for complete rejuvenation.
