My husband is 37 years old. We are trying for pregnency. But his sexual desire has been totally reduced and during intercourse no ejaculation of siemen happens.

Have good sleep, do exercise & yoga daily for 1 hour.
Take hot milk 1 glass morning & evening.
Avoid spicy..chilli.nd fried food
Take CP SHILAJIT

If your partner is not able to ejaculate in sex with less frequent intercourse, you better undergo IVI/IUI or IVF for quick results for pregnancy. The above procedures are used your husband semen after harvesting it.
