Reduced sense of smell (hyposmia)
I was diagnosed with H Pylori after my doctor confirmed with endoscopy. So he gave me PPI for 14 days and after my 14th day I cured my H Pylori infection and realised my sense of smell was reduced by 50% . My doctor told it will come back but it's been 2 months still it's not come back . I'm really worried . Is it related to any brain related issues. Please help.

The correlation of function related to smell and h pylori is debatable, better to wait for few days and observe whether you regain full sense back. If not yes can visit a neurologist and psychiatrist.
