Reduced diastolic compliance
Hello As part of routine check up I got my echo done .. The findings are good left ventricular systolic function with reduced diastolic compliance. No pulmonary arterial hypertension.. What is reduced diastolic compliance... should I be worried about it? Post delivery I gained lot of weight... and became obese..I am now trying to reduce it. Is it because of weight gain ??

Kindly don't worry about it. Yes obesity should be controlled. Maintain a balanced diet, exercise regularly to reduce weight.
