Diastolic dysfunction
Had a full body health check up , ecg , stress ecg were normal but 2d echo showed diastolic dysfunction of grade 1 plus some issues in chest x ray , i do have diabetes for which i am taking medication, plus i am having my hernia operation next week is this something serious should i consult cardiologist and pulmonologist

Diastolic dysfunction is due to diabetes and age. Regular walking is enough for diastolic dysfunction. Bronchovascular markings is no problem.
