I need to lose post delivery weight. Suggest me how to reduce weight. Do I need to follow strict diet or a regular exercise will do. Also I m still feeding my baby. He is 1.5 months old

Hello, your weight get reduce on its own ,aggressive strategies to reduce weight may harm your health ,moreover you are still breastfeeding , it requires extra calories, you just do moderate exercise , continue to have nutrient rich foods because your child needs it . You can reduce weight after a year.
