Reduce the loss weight
I am working in the pharmaceutical industry.  One month I reduced my weight due to regularly running for 20 minutes daily. Continuously for 30 days and reduce the 3 to 4 kgs after the stop of exercises... I have this about for weight loss... Is there any chance of weight loss running......
