Redness palate
Sir/madam, I have uploaded a picture of my palate , it seems a bit red there, is it normal or something is there, not much pain is there?

Hii.. Reason of The redness of the palate which is seen in the pic can be multiple. E.g - Having hot & spicy food , Smoking or tobacco habit , or any hard food which impinged on your palate.. It seems normal.. Just avoid hot & spicy food for 3-4 days. & Apply topical anaesthetic if it's having burning sensation.

Based on history  of smoking/tobacco chewing/traumatic occlusion, it can be diagnosed. If there is sharp edges of teeth, it has to be corrected. Redness due to smoking has to be treated with medication and cessation of habit. For further, you can consult through this.

Redness of palat will cause due to irritation by spicy food n hot food n also from smoking n Tabacco..
