Redness itching patches on skin

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am having red itchy patches on screen since last few months. I have attached images. If i apply Betnovate on it then it goes away for a week and then again comes back. Kindly suggest what it is and how it can be treated. 10 years ago i was having atopic dermatitis and i have been treated successfully with Homoeopathy medicine at that time. I am also having acidity issue and taking medicines for it.
