From past one month I have got redness in groin area. It is very itchy, area is bumpy in someplace and boils are there with blackhead's .at night it itches alot

Hello there...I can understand your concern. From your description it looks like you could be suffering tinea cruris (fungal infection) or scabies (mite infestation). Treatment for both the conditions vary completely. Avoid using any creams especially steroids. It will exacerbate the condition. The diagnosis can only be made after detailed clinical examination. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.

Hi.... Stay dry. Keep your groin area dry. Dry your genital area and inner thighs thoroughly with a clean towel after showering .. Use powder around your groin area to prevent excess moisture. Wear clean clothes. Change your underwear at least once a day or more often if you sweat a lot. Wash workout clothes after each use.... Be cool. Don't wear thick clothing for long periods of time in warm, humid weather....
