Redness in the eye

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I've been having redness in the eye from past 3 days. Firstly, I observed redness in the left eye, the next day I observed redness in the right eye & now both eyes are in red. Also, I am suffering from eye pain. Please suggest any eye drops for this problem or is it compulaory to consult a doctor for this problem.

you might be having conjuntivitis. please use antbiotic eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin and ocupol oint at bed time.
