My son has had blisters in mouth for the last 3 days.
Now I have noticed that he is having a red spot in his palm also but he has no fever and any other symptoms.

Please advise what it is.

commonly seen is viral red eruptions on the skin mainly on the joints of the body and on the bums and around the mouth and there are ulcers in the oral cavity.
