None.if there is infection. Please use antibiotic eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin. Or share a close up pic of your eyes with detailed information about discharge redness watering pain swelling itching and blurring of vision or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

My sincere opinion would be to consult local Ophthalmologist
Having said that, FML t is better option for conjunctivitis rather than lotepred
