All if a sudden seeing redness in the white part towards the inner side if right eye.has diabetic retinopathy .is this related or is an infection

Hello This could be subconjunctival hemorrhage This is unrelated to diabetic retinopathy This will resolve without treatment Having said that it would be better if u can send photo of ur eyes

Hello there......, Eye redness occurs when the vessels in your eye become swollen or irritated..... The most likely causes of a painless red eye are minor problems such as conjunctivitis or a burst blood vessel. These conditions don't tend to affect your vision and normally get better within a week or two...However..., kindly consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment....
