Redness in eye increase from yesterday
Yesterday redness in eye observed but today it's increase drastically. Here I posted both day picture. Please suggest what is the cause and what we have to do.

Is there any discharge itching and watering
Please share a close up pic of his eyes again with information about pain redness watering discharge itching and any injury.

Is there any history of trauma to the eye? H/o fever ? Rubbing eyes ?
Does the lid look swollen ? As in the second pic it seems like that.
Start hot water fomentation (clean cloth dipped in warm water compresses 3 to 4 times a day )
Antibiotics or antiinflammatory can be given after you brief me about the patient.

look for any difficulties in eye opening and watering to rule out corneal abrasion or else it could be mild congestion which will have to be treated accordingly.
