  4. Redness at my toes. What shall i do?

Redness at my toes
I've been having redness at my toes about a year now. I don't think its fungal because lamisil didnt work. It's red and no blisters. It makes my toes looks ugly and I tried panderm cream but didn't worked too. Nothing underneath it but redness. I don't whats this. It looks so dry also. What shall I do?
