Redness around upper lip

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am facing redness on my upper lip from last 3 weeks. I have tried Vaseline too but it doesn't work. It's only on the upper lip though not on the lower lip. It's a burning sensation if I touch it even with water. Can it be cold sore?
