  4. Redness and rashes inside mouth. Advice!

Redness and rashes inside mouth
I have rashes and redness inside mouth and I am feeling breathlessness,body pain and weakness sine last 1 one month. Taken medicines but no relief. All blood reports, chest CT scan, ecg and echo are normal. Please advice
