Redness and itchness in eye

Hi doctor my aunt is having redness and sometimes itchness in one of her eye... She is prescribed with eye drop moxiflocin ophthalmic solution IP 0.5 four times a day... But her redness is increasing... Please suggest what to do...

A photo of the eye will help more If it is only redness and itching and no discharge it is allergy. Most important: Do Not rub eyes Use Winolap eye drops 1 drop 2 times a day Refresh tears eye drops 1 drop 4 times a day
