Redness and itching
My mother has been experiencing redness and itching just above groin area (both sides) for past two months now. she has been on allegra 180 mg tab for 1 month now but not subsided. She applied lozivate to affected area but it waxes and wanes. She is 70 year old and weighs about 35 kg. She had similar is 3 years ago. She was given Tenovate, Tacrovera ointments and Atarax, Allegra tabs.

Most likely she’s suffering from tinea cruris ,afungal infection.is she diabetic?consult me online with pictures of the affected area.she would need proper treatment with tablets and ointment.do not use tenobate without consulting a dermatologist

Tell her to stop using it, it might be fungal infection, consult me online with pictures for meds name and prescription

Stop applying lozivate. Do not use any steroid creams. Sounds like fungal infection. Why her weight is so less? Does she have any other illness? Is any other treatment going on?
