Redness and itch on neck

I have itching and redness on neck. I have been having it for 2 days. It burns a little. I have attached a picture for reference. Can you please provide a remedy?

Hi Looks like an allergic rash could be due to sunlight. Apply calamine Lotion twice daily for 2-3 days and if you see no improvement please visit a dermatologist.
