Having reddish patches on lower lips for past 2 years... Consulted doctor nd prescribed picon nd barriderm... But no improvement.. when exposed to sunlight patches goes ever bright.. no smoking habit.. it becomes bigger nd bigger slowly..

If it is not responding to treatment you might require a biopsy to rule out condition like Actinic chielitis . I suggest get a second opinion on this.
