This is more like allergic conjunctivitis.. and this also enhances due to dryness caused by more screen time probably due to lock down too ..
Try to consult a nearby ophthalmologist, but if you cannot you can start eye drop Olopat OD once a day and eye drop Refresh Tears 4 times a day ..

Its due to allergic conjuctivitis so consult eye specialist, he will prescribe FML-T EYE DROP 4 Hrly , Olopet- OD eye drop once a day.protect his eyes with sunlight & dust.
