Red ulcer in inner cheek
I have a little red ulcer kind of thing in my right inner cheek, in the buccal mucosa area, could it be something dangerous?

Depends on the duration of the ulcer formation. If you are a tobacco chewer or consume tobacco in any form then please stop it. Take nutritious food and multivitamins for one week. Avoid stress. In spite of this if the ulcer doesn't heal then better consult a Surgical Oncologist.
