I am seeing red portion in the back side in the lateral portion of my toung. I am not feeling any pain or swelling. For two days I am using cleanora. Before using it there was no pain after using it there is no pain as well. Is it natural thing. If it is natural then I will stop using it. Please guide

Now is I can see clearly in the picture earlier it Would have been case of gingivitis due to which you have done the ulcer on the little side of your tongue, That’s why you are causing irritation in pain while gargling. It’s not natural it has been caused due to poor oral hygiene in multi vitamin deficiency specially the vitamin B12 group kindly consult with a detailed history for further guidance and prescription
