What do these red dots indicate? I had pearly penile papules for three years now, I used to get these red dots on my penis head once or twice a year during summer usually in summer it has come again is it balanitis or STD the red dots are painless any STD test I have can do check myself? I got these red today today after sexual intercourse with my regular partner
