Red spots on my lower legs below knees

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have been having this problem more than 1year , this red spots appears when am in outside regarding work both sitting nd standing ,when am in home full rest it disappears in 2days, i meet skin docters they suggested it can b lik skin allergy nd gave vitamin c tablets but nothing worked out.Helpme
