Red Spotting like periods,

Asked for Female, 21 Years

My mother was under regestrone cr 10 mg medication for 20days..during the course she saw many times red Spotting, after completion of the medication course in 3 to 4days she got her periods but now in 8th day of her cycle, every day she saw spotting like periods..but she has no lower abdominal pain..she also do gym and yoga..
