Red spots on arms due to waxing.

Hello Sir/Madam, My sister went to a parlor for waxing at morning. In the evening she saw some red spots in her arms. She applied anti septic cream on the affected areas but those red spots are not healing. Kindly suggest a way to remove her red spots. I have attached a sceenshot for your needful observation.
