Red spots like small moles in skin

There are several red coloured small moles like spots on the body. Around 8-9 spots appeared over a couple of months. They seem like a spot where a capillary might have bursted but has not clotted i.e.not turned black. These are especially on chest, a few of arms and a couple on thighs.
