Red spots in stool.

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have been noticing red spots in stool from 3-4 yrs. I have done stool occult blood test done it came negative. I had my colonoscopy done last year it was also normal. My HB is 11. I am still noticing some red spots mixed in stool . What can it be. Also I had my gall bladdar removed in 2015 because of stone.

It might be because of internal hemorrhoids (painless bleeding),fissure in ano if it s painful Meet near by surgeon to evaluate it
