Red spot on breast

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Recently I noticed a red spot on my breast near the nipples and there is a small lump underneath that. Should I be concerned or it can be just a bug bite and wait for some days to see what it is!!

If you think it's insect bite then apply fucidine ointment and wait for 2-3 days. If doesn't subside consult gynecologist or surgeon and get local examination done.
