This is looking like a subconjunctival haemorrhage. Do you have high blood pressure as your weight seems to be more for your height? Are you on any medication for BP or heart ailment for eg. aspirin. or any painkillers ?
it could also be due to vigorous eye rubbing.
Next Steps
If your vision is alright you could wait for few days. Normally it will take 2 -3 weeks for the redness to go.
