Hi! Doctor i am 24 years old and i got married last week and am doing unprotected sex n yesterday i observe that i got some very small pinkish lumps on my pennis head may i know why they appear n is it dangerous plz reply me doctor am worriying about this problem give me solution plz

It could be lymphocele.  This is a hard swelling that suddenly appears after sexual intercourse or masturbation. It is usually on the shaft of the penis, near the foreskin.
