Red rashes on whole body

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I have fever from 3 days. Just high temperature and whole body pain and headache. I was taking calpol and monocef tablet 3 doses each. But today i got red rashes on my whole body including faces. Fever still persists. Is this measles or anything reaction or allergy.
