Red Rashes on Upper Lips
I am facing red rashes on upper lip area for last 2 to 3 months continuosly.My skin is very dry and there is no itching and burning sensation, its just dried out and causes redness.Could you please suggest me any cream/tablets to cure this.Attached is the picture
