Red rashes on penis top
Sir/madam
I am suffering from red rashes on my penis head and its side and they were also causing some kind of itching.
And i am applying surfaz sn creem from some time continuously . And due to that the red rashes gone for few day but it will came back and same problem persist from 4 to 5 month.
Sir i have taken fluka150 table by the consult of chemist.
So please suggest me what is that problem or what can i do to remove it permanently.

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. If you continue using sarfaz an creams there would be severe side effects as it contains strong steorids.
