  4. Red rashes on penis head. Any solution.

Red rashes on penis head
I have red rashes on penis head. This is since long time now, they itch sometimes but not regularly. I jad consulted a urologist previously, his cream and tablets reduced the redness but a very little. I do not have diabetes or high sugar. Rashes r there since a year now. Please tell me any solution.
