Pinch sensation head of the penis

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi, I keep having a pinch sensation underneath the head of the penis where its starts, I got tested for stds and other infections and all came back negative, but I still have the same symptoms, the pain while urinating and a bit of discharge only visible in the mornings if I squeeze it, also when I pee I see like a bit of sperms
