Tickling sensation in penis foreskin
1. I am feeling a tickling sensation on the inner side of my penis foreskin and the region the foreskin is covering the penis glans turns red when I masturbate or wash the area. 2. Also there are some red blood lines visible when I pull the foreskin, picture attached. 3. There are also some skin change on tip of penis,picture attached. First it was whiteish and after many days a brown lesion type came, now the surrounding areas is whiteish. The entire penis glans feels like shiny and scaly at times. I am facing these problem since last 4 months. Is this something serious? What is the diagnosis? Please help Can Tbact or Soframycin or KZ cream be used? I am also facing problem of urine leakage since last 3-4 months.
