My is always scratching his daiper when I saw there his penis n around red rashes he is crying many time in day what would I do

Looks like diaper related rashes
Always better to give diaper free time every day in a day
Its always better to avoid diaper,
use cotton diapers at home if possible
If rash persistant then
Use any rash cream(, rashfree cream, ezinapi plus, Himalaya, cetaphil, bebe nature, pigeon, B4nappy, sebamed, Johnson, Dove, Cetaphil, Aquaphor desitin etc ) over diaper rash area 3 -4 times a day.
It will help.
If no responce then need consultation with nearest pediatrician
