Rashes and redness in pelvic area

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My daughter(7+ month) is having redness around anus and bums since 2 days. I am not using diapers since I observed the redness and immediately wiping the poop and urine using plain water. Currently I am using Himalaya anti-rash cream and Himalaya powder on the affected area. Kindly suggest any other cream or ointment which can heal it faster.

Leave the area open and dry...use coconut oil alternatively with rash cream..while cleaning use only water and tap dry... Can apply nuforce gm ointment once at night if rash are extensive.
