Red rashes on face

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hello doctors, All of a sudden, 4 weeks back I noticed that I have tiny pimples on both sides above my upper lip and the part is reddish. And till now it has not subsided. The photo doesn't make it look that red, but it is. My skin is normally not prone to any kind of acne other than pimples due to heat which are not of this kind. And this has started to worry me. Why is this happening? And what should I do to get rid of them? Thank you in advance for helping.
