Red Rashes on body mostly on limbs

Recently moved to a hilly region. From last 4 days, big red rashes mostly on limbs and some on stomach. red initially, some gave pus, became magenta after 2 days after I wore jeans for whole day for some work. In my locality lots of insects can be found including lot of big mosquitoes. blood test report Haemo 14.7 Ploy 72 Lympho 21 ESR 10, Rest ok
