Red rashes in foreskin and swelling.

Last year August some rashes developed in the foreskin(I didn't have any unprotected sex). I consulted few doctor and when the redness increased, one of the doctors from practo prescribed lulicream and next day the area was infected. Took lots of antibiotics and antifungal meds but didn't help. Lastly, one dermatologist prescribed Zovirax, as he told it could be Herpes or it could be Due to fixed drup eruption. The area got healed withing 10days. The same never happened but the redness appears after 4-5days everytime. I did some skin tests at Bangalore to which no fungal or yeast infection found and doctor told it could be due to allergy. But as of now it is not cured. The swelling arrives and the redness too every 4-5days.
