Red rash to sides and front of neck

Question

Asked for Male, 48 Years

Rash on sides and front of neck for 14 months , started 3 days after using aftershave on the area which i later found out was out of date . Ihave been to gp several times , they have diagnosed eczma , but the skin is not dry . Folliculitis, but the skin is not infected or raised just red and poikiloderme of civatte but the condition started in the winter and after the after shave was used for one application . Have been prescribed emollients , daktacort , and eledel primecrolimus cream
