Red rash on both hands
Hello,
I noticed red rashes on both my hands suddenly today it doesn't have any symptoms but whenever I move for a few seconds there is a needle poking sensation around my body not sure why. Can anyone please help and explain to me what this and what's this feeling. Attaching pictures for your reference.
