Red patches on yongue
Very often red patches appear on my tongue which heals naturally within few days without medication and again reappears within some days and gets cured It doesn't cause any pain but looks odd Is this cancer? I am extremely worried Please provide a solution

It appears like geographic tongue..It's not a problem...linked to nutritional deficiencies sometimes   otherwise no need to worry...any burning or pain plz see a oral physician
