Red patches on chest

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Red patches sometimes appear on my chest. It's not always there, comes usually after I sweat and then goes away. It's happening since 8 months, that too not always. Due to this reason I didn't take much action on this. Almost after 3 months today morning I went for jogging and when I am back, same irritation happened and again such Red patches came. I think something bit me (because before almost 8 months, I had noticed a spider on my chest while I was half asleep) and from there on these started coming. Could you please advise...
